To modernize mission-critical administrative functions, We designed and deployed a fully integrated, locally-hosted enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for a major defense academy serving over 4,000 staff and cadets. This involved architecting a secure private network with centralized server deployment, developing a custom, unified application to automate all financial processes, HR management, and complex payroll calculations, and implementing a robust database to ensure absolute data integrity for sensitive personnel and financial records. The solution replaced fragmented systems with a single source of truth, ensuring compliance, enhancing operational security, and delivering flawless payroll execution for a vital national institution.

Engineered a Centralized Human Capital Management System for 2,000+ Enterprise Staff.

To solve fragmented personnel data and streamline complex lifecycle management, We designed and deployed a comprehensive, locally-hosted database application to serve as the single source of truth for all staff information, retirement tracking, and training compliance for a workforce of 2,000+. This involved architecting a secure client-server environment and developing an intuitive custom application that automated staff record-keeping, projected and managed retirement timelines, and meticulously tracked mandatory and optional training credentials. The solution transformed disorganized spreadsheets and manual follow-ups into a proactive, auditable system that empowered HR leadership with strategic oversight and ensured full regulatory compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Digital Transformation of NPA Cooperative thrift and Credit Society, Apapa Quays.

To propel a traditional credit society into the digital age, We spearheaded the complete replacement of an error-prone paper ledger system with a secure, custom-built financial management application. This involved designing and deploying a robust server-based architecture locally and developing a sophisticated database application to accurately manage complex member accounts, including variable staff deductions, diverse loan portfolios with interest calculations, and individual savings ledgers. The solution transformed opaque manual bookkeeping into a transparent, automated, and real-time financial ecosystem, dramatically reducing errors, accelerating transaction processing, and fortifying the institution’s financial integrity for its members.
